Our Candidate Interview Advice Program can be tailored to meet your needs. You can either work sequentially through all phases of the program, or create your own individual one with your Executive Mentor.

The service offering is flexible, cost effective and bespoke to individuals. You choose the level of investment in relation to your specific needs.

Our Executive Mentors include experienced executive search and HR consultants, board directors, former senior executives and industry sector specialists. Leveraging their extensive expertise, our mentors equip you with the necessary tools required - from understanding and positioning yourself in the market, navigating the executive search and recruitment universe and CV assessment, to developing and delivering a polished and high impact interview.

When it comes to career transition and advancement, it can make sense to engage professional expertise to help navigate your career now and in the future.

We offer highly tailored professional advice sessions for executives and aspiring executives who are in a stage of career transition and require specific support.

Our Executive Mentors include experienced executive search and HR consultants, board members, former senior executives and industry sector specialists. They can help you to successfully structure and navigate your short, medium and long term career goals.  Depending on your needs, these sessions can be undertaken in addition to the Candidate Interview Advice program or on their own.  Each session with one of our Executive Mentors runs for 90 minutes and can be purchased in cost-effective blocks of one, three, five or ten.
